I As good as it sounds. Roasted red peppers in a rich sun dried tomato sauce with spinach and creamy crème fraiche layers. Topped with torn buffalo mozzarella, cheddar cheese and parmesan.

Serves 1 (400g)
Cook from frozen. Remove all labels before cooking. Leave lid closed. OVEN: Heat at 180° for 50mins or until piping hot (remove the lid for the last 20 mins until it goes gorgeously brown and crispy). MICROWAVE: Heat on full power for 4mins, open lid and heat for a further 1 min, check it is piping hot.
