Terms & Conditions

The supplier of the goods under your order is Croft & Cottage whose registered address is The Cottage, Cottage Lane, Dulverton, Somerset, TA22 9HR (company registration XXXX). All communications are to be made to [email protected], by calling 07484290646, or by post to our registered address.

  • When we refer to ‘you’ and ‘your’ we mean the user of the Website and the purchaser of the Goods.
  • These conditions of sale are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address given and the sending of this e-mail and, whether or not it is received, binds the contract between us
  • We may offer new/ or existing Croft & Cottage customers special offers. If these are Introductory offers these are only accepted for first time users of the website. Previously registered users do not qualify.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order, they cannot be reproduced or copied at any time indirectly or directly. We reserve the rights to terminate or modify any discounts at anytime and without notice.
  • You must pay in full for the goods (including any applicable delivery charges) at the time of placing your order.
  • Ownership in the goods we supply to you will not pass until we have received all sums due and payable by you for or in connection with the goods, including (where applicable) delivery charges.
  • We may correct an error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability are also subject to change without notice.
  • Individual product pricing is inclusive of VAT if applicable unless otherwise state
  • Our products are made in a kitchen which stores and handles nuts and other potential allergens however our labels state clearly when they are present in any of the ingredient list in any meal. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the ingredient list to check for any allergens they wish to avoid. If in any doubt please contact [email protected] for further information and reassurance.

Your Croft & Cottage Account and Passwords

  • You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and maintenance of your personal account information and password.
  • You accept responsibility for all activities which occur under your account and password.
  • We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage as failure by you to protect your password or account details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate personal accounts, amend and remove content and cancel orders (at no cost to you).

Subscription + delivery

  • You have a bond contact from the time you submit your order, if you wish to change or cancel your order you must email us [email protected] two days before dispatch any changes made after this time may not be accepted
  • When we receive your order we will dispatch on the next available delivery day (usually within two working days), an email confirmation will let you know what day this is going to be. If you wish to change your delivery day you must email us at [email protected] two days before dispatch any changes made after this time may not be accepted
  • Delay in delivery – delivery of your goods may be delayed occasionally by circumstances outside of our control. We cannot however accept liability for any losses you incur (including loss of earnings) or for compensation for perceived inconvenience that may be suffered due to any delay.
  • Please note our delivery lead times stated exclude all Bank Holidays and weekends.
  • We will arrange for delivery of the products you have ordered by the method and to the address which you have specified in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
  • If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and you are not eligible for a refund of the cost of goods.
  • If you wish to change, amend or cancel your order or subscription please email [email protected] . These changes are to be made two working days before your dispatch day. Any changes made after this date may not be accepted.


We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are committed to providing accurate and speedy delivery. We use an independent, third party delivery service and whilst we have chosen them for their speed and care in handling frozen product, we cannot be held responsible for factors out of our control after pick up from our premises. Delivery is quoted for the UK mainland*. We aim to dispatch your goods within two working day of receipt of your order which will then be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday. If you wish to have your items delivered on Saturday there will be an extra £16 charge to be paid before dispatch. Please email us if you wish to change or amend a delivery day.

*This excludes The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Please contact us for a delivery quote for these locations.


Croft & Cottage are committed to selling only high quality products that we are confident you will enjoy however If you are not happy with any items, please photograph the product and contact us at [email protected] or call us on 07484290646 within 14 days of delivery of your items. It is at our discretion to issue a refund for any items.
